The Mermazing Method® is continuing to develop, with exciting new programmes designed to support swimmers through different ages, abilities and stages of life.

Our future offerings include Mama Mermazing, a gentle aquatic wellbeing programme for pregnancy; Mermazing Menopause, supporting movement and wellbeing through menopause; and Mermazing Champions, an advanced swimming pathway for those who love swimming but don't necessarily want the commitments of competitive clubs.

These programmes are currently in development, with availability to be announced.
